Ahmed Ali, a U.S. Navy Veteran, founded TISTA Science and Technology Corp, appraised at CMMI Level 3 for Development, in September of 2005. Recognized by Harvard University’s Innovations in Government Program for promoting excellence and creativity in the public IT sector, Ali also holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management, an M.S. in Information Assurance, along with an MBA with a concentration in International Business. Ali has led TISTA to recognition by the Inc. 500 and the Washington Technology FAST 50 as one of the fastest growing companies in America with his vast knowledge and expertise focused on the delivery of Information Technology. After spending over 7 years with Altus Associates as Principal Consultant, Jack Hughes founded Phoenix Financial & Advisory Services, LLC in 1998. Hughes expertise expands from his extensive leadership experience to his strategic business planning and policy development. Recognized as instrumental to the founding of Alion Science and Technology Corp, Hughes also supported the company’s rapid growth from $200M to $750M in five years. Hughes served as Senior Vice President and CFO at BTG, Inc., where he conducted their IPO in 1994 and directed the rapid growth of the company from $50M to nearly $600M over a six-year period. Hughes brings extensive GovCon CEO organization experience to CEO Boardroom™ having co-founded PSC and NVTC, and has been a key adviser to Mosaic, 4×24, and the Potomac Officers Club.

Larry Katzman

Larry’s primary role as President and Chief Executive Officer is to architect and implement AIS’ growth strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure our reputation for service delivery excellence is never compromised. Joining AIS in 2000, Larry started his career as a Software Developer in our Commercial Practice. He helped create AIS’ Federal Practice, leading our National Security and Intelligence work before becoming Vice President of Business Development, and later, Chief Operating Officer. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree from George Washington University. Larry is married to his wife of 20 years and spends most of his time outside of work with her, their three children, and three Labrador Retrievers.

Dennis Kelly

Dennis Kelly is a well-known and highly respected leader in the federal government contracting community and a Navy veteran. In his role as Executive Chairman of Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC, Mr. Kelly is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and direction. Working with the CEO and management team, he will ensure that Intrepid continues to meet or exceed its customers’ most important mission requirements. He will also serve as a member of the Intrepid Board of Directors and Bluestone Investment Partners Board of Advisors.

Previously, Mr. Kelly was President and COO of Centauri, LLC, prior to its acquisition by KBR Inc. (NYSE: KBR). He brings over 30 years of experience in the defense and intelligence community, having served in multiple chief executive officer, president, and chief operating officer roles with fast growing companies in the national security market.

Mr. Kelly is an active contributor to the GovCon industry as well as his community. He currently is co-chair of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce GovCon committee and has served as an adjunct professor in the George Mason University Executive MBA program. Mr Kelly is also a mentor and advisory board member of the CEO Boardroom GovCon Exchange™. Previously, Mr. Kelly has been a member of the Board of the Professional Services Council and the USO of Metropolitan Washington–Baltimore and the executive committee for Annual D.C. Walk fundraiser for the American Heart Association.

Mr. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University with a major in industrial engineering technology and a minor in computer technology. He also has a master’s in business administration from the Executive MBA program at the University of Rhode Island.

Neeraja Lingam is an Entrepreneur, Founder, and experienced CEO with a strong background in IT Consulting and Digital Transformation Services delivery to Federal DoD and Civilian Agencies. Co-Founded and Scaled IndraSoft to a successful mid-size federal government consulting solutions provider over 17 years before positioning the company for a strategic sale to large systems integrator in 2021. Ms. Lingam is experienced in scaling/growing an organization from an emerging business to Full & Open environment. Ms. Lingam has an Advanced Management Program (AMP) Certificate from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in computer science from George Mason University, VA and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, India.

Manny Rivera

Manny Rivera is the founder and owner of RiVidium Inc. (dba – TripleCyber). Manny founded RiVidium in 2008 shortly after leaving the Army. Manny is a Cyber Security and Software Engineering expert with an advanced security degree from George Washington University. Manny’s advanced research at George Washington University allowed him to develop a Cyber Security patent (TripleCyber) that fundamentally changes the way people communicate on the Internet. As an Army Officer, Manny held various positions as a Military Police Officer, Contracting Officer, Program Manager, Test and Evaluations Officer, and Enterprise Architect. Manny is a certified acquisition professional and is also a Fort Bragg – certified Jump Master with over 75 jumps.

Manny holds degrees from Virginia State University and advanced degrees from George Washington University (MS Computer Science & MS in Security and Information Assurance). Manny was also accepted to the PhD Computer Science program at George Washington University.
